A seeker since birth, I have discovered a lot about myself and the world I live in along the way. In a world of duality, the most important work following the early years of deep exploration and experience and the churning waves of suffering and bliss was to learn to polarize the ever-present and self-created content that I was immersed in and then clear and integrate it.. This is the way to connect with real self and move beyond the Maya, the illusion. Well there is still work to do! I am the first to admit that, but what I have found I wish to share with anyone who might take a moment to hear.
